Wealth of knowledge

Maryanne is a hands on agent.
This was great for us because we were inexperienced buyers.

She has a wealth of knowledge which
made the experience less daunting for us.

Informed all the way

Prior to signing with Maryanne we discussed my expectations and her views of the market etc.. and strategy for marketing.
Was kept informed all of the way through the process, pre and post contract of sale, including negotiations that were occurring post first open house. Great outcome in that had signed contract of sale at 17:30 after open house at 09:30 in the morning.
I would suggest that if you want someone who is open, honest and will tell you straight what they think, even if misaligned to your own expectations and delivers on what they say, then Maryanne is the sales agent for you!!

Smooth and enjoyable buying experience

Maryanne is a very positive person and it was a pleasure to have her as my agent. She is very knowledgeable and always eager to help with advice regarding the buying process or any other matters relating to the house maintenance. She always answered all my questions and told me in advance what to expect as I was new to buying. She really helped make buying a stress-free and exciting experience. I would definitely work with Maryanne again in the future.
