When selling your property she works hard to get top $$ for you, she communicates really well, keeping you informed along the way. She is easy to deal with, always polite and friendly, has a vast knowledge of selling and buying and cares for her clients. Maryanne has a very extensive knowledge of the market, and was always quick to respond to any of my queries. Her communication was of a very high standard. Maryanne would always give you her undistracted attention and was able to provide a lot of additional information about the property, far beyond her position. She would also offer money genuine suggestions, moving forward beyond settlement. These were very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Maryanne. We were very grateful
