Great Sales consultant

Maryanne was very helpful in selling my property. She is always available to answer any concerns any time and very attentive even during her holiday periods. I decided to go with Maryanne as my realtor as she could fit in around my budget needs and requirement to sell asap . Listing my property during the Christmas period wasn't a issue while other agents found reasons why they couldn't. Maryanne is truely dedicated meeting her clients needs and has no problem at getting the job done even if under time restraints . I had photo taken ,property listed & on the internet within a week. I also appreciated that i didn't feel pressured to list with her during our initial consultation and she was very straight up in her advice. I didn't feel like I was paycheck or another opportunity to spin the same old sales pitch. Overall I can say Maryanne is genuine,honest and cut the crap estate agent. Maryanne is very dedicated to her job and goes above & beyond to meet her clients needs.

This process was a dream

I received a letter from All Suburbs Real Estate in relation to selling my rental property in Marsden. I responded and gave them a shot. They had potential buyers (real ones), and gave me a realistic view of the market and comparables (actual sales figures). In essence, I received the price I asked for within a short space of time. No hassles, no spin. They communicated with me regularly and managed the sale really well. This process was a dream. Believe me, I have had some bad experiences in both selling and buying. But to have such a good experience, when I am 700km away in another state. That is something to be recommended.
